Privacy

Your data is yours. Here’s how we treat it.

Plain language, on purpose. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email), the business records you create in Tamra (invoices, bills, stock, payroll and the rest), the questions you ask Eagle, and the technical basics needed to run the service (logs, error reports). We collect what the product needs to work — and nothing for advertising.

Where it lives

Your records live in Supabase’s managed database and file storage, and the app and this site run on Vercel. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Each company’s data is kept apart. In the app, the database itself separates companies, row by row. Our API and server functions also check which company a request belongs to.

Who handles what

A few services do part of the work for us, each with only what its job needs:

  • Supabase stores your records and files and handles sign-in.
  • Vercel hosts the app, this site and our server functions, and counts visits to this site.
  • Stripe takes the card payments your customers make through a payment link or their portal. Card numbers stay with Stripe; Tamra never sees them.
  • Resend sends the emails Tamra sends for you, such as invoices, statements, reminders and invitations.
  • Meta carries the WhatsApp messages you send from Tamra, once you connect WhatsApp.
  • Sentry receives error reports when something breaks: where in the app it happened, the release, and your user and company ids. Never names, emails or your records.
  • Anthropic answers the questions you ask Eagle, with the records Eagle reads to answer them. It also translates text when you use Translate, and suggests account matches when you import an old trial balance.

What we never do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t show ads. We don’t mine your books for marketing. This site sets no tracking cookies: our visit counts come from Vercel’s analytics, which count visitors without cookies and without knowing who you are.

Who can see it

The people you invite, with the roles you give them. Your customers see what you share with them: a document link you send, and what their portal shows. Our team accesses customer data only to support you, when you ask, or as required to keep the service running and lawful.

Your rights

Export your records at any time — every report, every register. If you leave, you leave with everything, and you can request deletion of your account data. Questions or requests: robel@sweetopslda.com.
